Refund Policy

1. Refund policy – all refunds are subject to approval. Purchases made after 3 days of purchase are not refundable.

2. Damaged Items – If any item is damaged during shipping, please contact customer services by phone or email.

3. Replacement or a refund will be issued on approval.

4. We should add a customer service phone number which is my business account 510-397-0635.

5. Order Cancellations – orders can only be cancelled within the first 3 days of ordering. Once the order has been approved it will be out for printing and shipping. No refunds will be given for cancellations made over 3 days.
